电磁阀线圈内的活动铁心在阀通电时为线圈所吸引移动，带动阀芯移动，从而改变阀的导通状态；所谓干式或湿式仅指线圈的工作环境，对阀动作而言，没大区别。

 

但是，我们知道，一个空心线圈的电感量与在该线圈内加入铁芯后的电感量是不同的，前者要小，后者大，当线圈通以交流电时，线圈所产生的阻抗也就不一样，对同一线圈，加上同一频率的交流电时，电感量将随铁心位置不同而变化，即其阻抗随铁心位置不同而变化，阻抗小时，流经线圈的电流将增加。>电磁阀线圈常过暖的原因 　　当电磁阀的线圈是按工作状态（通电）时，铁心被吸合，形成一个封闭的磁路。 即电感量处于最大状态下设计时。其发热属正常，但铁心通电时不能顺利吸合，线圈电感量减少，阻抗减少，电流相应增大，这样就导致线圈电流过大，使用时间受影响，所以油污使铁心活动受阻，通电时动作缓慢，甚至不能正常完全被吸合，使线圈通电时常处于阻抗较正常偏少的状态，也许正是线圈的因素。

Therefore, oil stains hinder the movement of the iron core, and the action is slow when energized, even unable to be fully attracted normally, causing the coil to be in a state of impedance lower than normal when energized. Perhaps it is the coil's factor.
