油缸漏油的原因：
1、活塞杆伸出端与活塞杆配合的密封损坏，多半是由于活塞缸被拉毛引起的，也有老化引起。
2、活塞杆伸出端与缸套配合的密封损坏，着个多是由于密封长期使用密封老化造成，也有很多是上端盖时用力过猛将密封挤压损坏，还有就是国内的很多生产液压缸的厂家设计不合理造成，大多数情况下，厂家是为了节省成本所造成的。
3、油缸进出油管接头开裂也会导致液压油缸的泄漏。
4、缸体上或缸端盖上有缺陷而引起的漏油。
5、活塞杆被拉伤起槽、有坑点等。
